Seung Hyun Lee

“Jenna” Seung Hyun Lee is a doctoral student at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida. She possesses a Bachelor of Science and Master in Hotel Administration, Hospitality Management degrees from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

She has built her career working for various hospitality and tourism fields that include a restaurant, an airline, and a hotel. She also has been assisting national and international projects in the hospitality and tourism filed. Her research interests are related to pricing, revenue management, decision-making, and value perception. In wiring her dissertation, Jenna attempts to see the process of hotel managers making a discount decision and will use the software from Sawtooth to apply conjoint analysis.
