Hi Nouman,

On of our developers, Adam Venezia, writes the following.  Please email him at adam@sawtoothsoftware.com to get his example.

The Offline Surveys app for both Android and Windows support using JavaScript's location APIs. Attached is an example of code you can paste right into a Lighthouse Studio question. I suggest making a Free-Format type question, creating a few custom variables, and then use the JavaScript to assign the hidden form inputs in order to save the GPS data as part of your survey. The example code only displays the data.

On the Android version of Offline Surveys, upon launching the app for the first time, you will be requested to allow the Location permission. Press allow, then sync your survey to the device, and you should be good to go. On the Windows version of Offline Surveys, you don't have to grant permission, so it should just work. Finally, web based surveys will work too, depending on the browser.
