How I can add Previous Button in pages

Go into your Survey Settings (the screwdriver icon) and on the General Format tab go into the Navigation Buttons settings and select the checkbox for Previous Button.  This will add it to each page with the Next button.  You can use graphic images or select text and put in what text you want shown.

Sorry, I didn't find  the Navigation Buttons settings in version 6.4
Use this Code this code will add Submit,Previous,Next button
