you can use goto option for this purpose
i.e
Question Name =Q10

Q10_r1_c1<>1 then goto the same veraible

i suppose you seems for mutual exclusion i.e if you have 6 options and if you select 6th option, remaining 5 options should unchecked and  vice versa case.
For that simply follow below steps:
i)select 6th option.
ii)select "Exclusive ("None of the above")"

Or else you can Refer this. Hope this may helps you:)

    function SSI_CustomGraphicalCheckbox (GraphicalCheckbox obj,Input obj,blnCheck)
    {
        if(( document.f2.mobile1[0].checked == false ) && ( document.f2.mobile1[1].checked == false ) && ( document.f2.mobile1[2].checked == false ) && ( document.f2.mobile1[3].checked == false ) && ( document.f2.mobile1[4].checked == false ) && (document.f2.mobile111.checked == false) )
        {
        if (bln Chech==true)
{
        document.getElementById("z1").innerHTML = "";
          document.getElementById("demo99").innerHTML = "";

             document.getElementById("hello").style.border = "4px solid red";
            document.getElementById("error2").innerHTML = "<h3>Please select 1 item.</h3>";
            return false;
        }
        else
        {
             document.getElementById("hello").style.border = "none";
            document.getElementById("error2").innerHTML = "";
            document.getElementById("red").style.border = "none";
            document.getElementById("error1").innerHTML = "";
            document.getElementById("1").style.border = "none";
            document.getElementById("error3").innerHTML = "";
            document.getElementById("2").style.border = "none";
            document.getElementById("error3").innerHTML = "";
            document.getElementById("3").style.border = "none";
            document.getElementById("error3").innerHTML = "";
            document.getElementById("4").style.border = "none";
            document.getElementById("error3").innerHTML = "";
            document.getElementById("5").style.border = "none";
            document.getElementById("error4").innerHTML = "";
            document.getElementById("6").style.border = "none";
            document.getElementById("error4").innerHTML = "";
            document.getElementById("7").style.border = "none";
            document.getElementById("error4").innerHTML = "";
            document.getElementById("8").style.border = "none";
            document.getElementById("error4").innerHTML = "";
            document.getElementById("qqq").style.border = "none";
