Position and size of tooltips

Hello,

we are displaying a couple of mouseover explanations including images in a MaxDiff Excercise. We are facing the problem, that tooltips disappear on smaller screens and it is not possible to scroll down a little. How can we format the tooltip that it stays centered on the screen? Moreover I wonder if there is any chance to set individual sizes and attributes (e.g. position) for the boxes. Right now always the box of the lowest item in the MaxDiff table defines how the rest of the boxes look like.

I am using the following Code:

<span class="tool_tip_link">Item X</span>
<div class="tool_tip_text">
  <img src="[%GraphicsPath()%]car.jpg" alt="" border="0" width="200" align="left">
  <br><br> TXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXTextgoeshereXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
</div>

<style type="text/css">
.tool_tip_text
{
    font-size: 14px;
    width: 600px;
    height: 170px;
    border: 1px solid #7F7F7F;
    background-color: #FFFFFF;
    padding: 15px;
    position: center;
    z-index: 1000;
    display: none;
    vertical-align: middle;
}
</style>

Thank you very much
