Large Number of Attributes in CBC

I'm designing a study which has about 14 - 15 attributes with levels ranging from 2 to 5 (average about 3 per attribute). Can I still model this in as CBC (and not ACA, as the survey collection will not be online and involves multiple geographies) ? Is there a way to avoid partial profile design (as I'm interested in calculating individual utilities, if possible).

Please do share me thoughts on designing such a CBC study with large number of attributes

MK, 14-15 attributes could make for a demanding respondent task, unless perhaps the attribute levels are especially concise and simple.  By the way, you CAN get respondent level HB utilities using a partial profile CBC experiment.
