Analyze Dual Choice Volumetric DCM?

How to analyse a Dual Choice Volumetric DCM? This is the kind where the respondent first selects their preferred product from a choice set, then follows up with Rx intensity % for that choice. The tricky bit is to build the simulator around those two inputs.

I'll put this in a comment instead of an answer since it's not really the answer on how to do this, just that we don't have a built-in way of doing this in our software.  I think there might be a big design problem as well, because the second stage where you would run some linear regression is probably not going to have a very good design (with regards to balance, etc.).  Consider someone extreme who always chooses Brand X.  Their second stage model is really only going to predict Brand X %, and will potentially never have any information about the % allocated to another brand.  Seems very tricky.
