In an ACBC exercise I am constructing, one of the main attributes is "lot size." The levels range from 1 to 10 acres. The lots are in a subdivision community.
The builder may dig a community pond for the neighborhood. If this is the case, I want to increase the summed price for each of the lot size alternatives by, say, 10%. So a $20,000 1-acre lot would increase to $22,000 if there were a community pond, a $40,000 2-acre lot would increase to $44,000, etc.
Does anyone know a good way to do this?
