In an ACBC Choice Task Tournament question, look on the Question Settings tab.  In the "Level Border" input box, enter a 1.  Click Preview.  This may not be exactly what you want...

If not, right-click on the preview and choose "View Source".  Look at the top of the file and you'll see some CSS was entered to make the 1 pixel level borders that will look something like this:

<style type="text/css">
<!-- some other stuff in here you don't need -->
.acbc_choicetask .inner_table td{border-bottom-width:1px; border-bottom-style: solid;}
.acbc_choicetask .inner_table td{border-left-width:1px; border-left-style: solid;}
.acbc_choicetask .inner_table{border-right-width:1px; border-right-style: solid;}
.acbc_choicetask .acbc_task_top_row td{border-top-width:1px; border-top-style: solid;}
.acbc_choicetask .acbc_task_bottom_row td{border-top-width:1px; border-top-style: solid;}
.acbc_choicetask .inner_table{border-bottom-width:1px; border-bottom-style: solid;}

Copy the code, close the preview, delete the "1" that you entered for the level border so that it is blank again, and close the question.  Go into the survey settings (screwdriver button) dialog, click on the "Headers and Footers" tab, and in the HTML <head> tag area, paste the copied code.  You can then use this CSS as a starting point to get your own look. For instance, you might try something like this:

<style type="text/css">
.acbc_choicetask .inner_table td{border-bottom-width:1px; border-bottom-style: solid;border-bottom-color:BurlyWood;}
.acbc_choicetask .inner_table .acbc_task_bottom_row td{border-bottom-width:1px; border-bottom-style: solid;border-bottom-color:Gray}

Good luck!
