Problems with Apache when opening SSI Web


I am a new user and when I open SSI Web 8.3.4 this error comes out:

"cannot start service SSIWEB8.3.4 Apache on computer"

Someone do you know how to fix it?

If using 8.3.4, click Test + Settings... + Manually Start & Stop Local Test Server + Start Local Server (button) + Automatically Start & Stop Local Test Server with SSI Web (radio) + OK.

But, I suggest you upgrade to v8.3.6 from our website, which should fix the trouble I think.

If you're unable to upgrade, delete the temp folder under <user>\AppData\Roaming\Sawtooth Software, Inc\LocalWeb and try again.
