Help! Survey aborts during ACBC Experiments

we are hosting a ACBC Clinic at this very moment and an error that we cannot explain ourselves and have not encountered ever before even during extensive testing.

Please upgrade also 8.3.2. There were lots of issues discovered in 8.3.0 that have been fixed

Error 303 occurs when the survey URL is needed to restore the respondent session.  This usually does not occur.  Usually the respondent submits a page and we use that information to continue the session.  For some reason this respondent used a link that was over 30 minutes old.   In version 8.3.2 this  limit has been increased to 2 hours.  We also plan to remove this limit all together in the next release.

If the respondent had a unique password then they can just log back into the survey and it will take them where they last left off.

Please email me (justin@sawtoothsoftware.com) if you have any further questions about this.
