How is the None utility in ACBC interpreted during simulation?

For example, I've specified a simulation with "Sensitivity" and "Total Utility" options. (I also did it with RFC, but it seems I might not "trust" how "different" preference shares are if total utilities turn out to be very similar).

I've listed two products.

For each run, I receive estimated Total Utilities for three products -- the two that I've specified and the "None" option. I'd then get, for the "None" option:

Total Utility = 11.0.   Standard Error = 0.0.

In the ACBC, there is a Screener, BYO, and Calibration questions.
