Interpolation between levels / assing level values in sumulation with mixed scale

Assume levels with a mixed scale:

1. 15 minutes
2. 30 minutes
3. 100 minutes
4. 100 minutes plus unlimited access in A
5. unlimited

Is it allowed to assing the following level values?

1. 15
2. 30
3. 100
4. 150
5. 9999

1. Is it OK that the difference between 15 and 30 is not equal to the difference between 30 and 100?
2. Is it OK to run simulation with values that are between the "metric" part of the points 15 and 100. So to interpolate there. For the values above 100 it would not make sense anymore.

Thank you!

1.  Yes, it is OK that the differences between quantitative levels 15:30 and 30:100 is unequal.

2.  Yes, it would make sense to do interpolations only within the metric part and not to do extrapolations beyond the limits of the metric part (i.e. past 100).
