guest count in MBC

We are challenged to measure the impact on guest count using MBC. As three are many other aspects apart from the product offer and pricing which drives the restaurant choice we are doubtful if this can be done.

Any suggestions from you guys will be welcome.

Chris Moore (then at GfK) described a project conducted for TGI Fridays in 2010 where a two-stage conjoint analysis was done.  A standard CBC was used to predict the share of visits for different restaurants based on other factors other than menu prices.  Then,  they also did an MBC for choice of buyers who entered the restaurant.
