Offline survey doesn't sync

I'm using the offline app and the survey seems to run fine and it tells me that it has been uploaded, but sadly there is no data when I go to the admin module. I tried to sync manually but this didn't work either?

Please email me directly with details about this.  I'll need the survey link and the device ID (See the About menu item in the app).  Are you seeing an error message?
