Why does error #310 is generated

We are currently using sawtooth 8.4.8 version and in one live study, we have found below error in admin module.

Does this still applicable for 8.4.8 version as well. Can anyone tell us what is this error exactly and when actually it will be generated.

Yes, this answer still applies to your case in v8.4.8. This isn't necessarily malicious. Often, web browsers have tools that look at what else is connected to a page that the user is visiting. They use this to determine if the page is safe and to give it a "page rank" based on what else it connects to. If one of these "page rank" bots tries to resubmit one of our pages, though, security in our software prevents it from accessing anything else and this error is created because it isn't the browser or the instance that started the survey in the first place.


A similar thing can also happen if a respondent attempts to switch browsers mid-survey by copying the current page's URL. So, if a respondent starts a survey in Internet Explorer, then tries to copy the URL into Google Chrome, they may also trigger this error.
