CBC/HB is our standalone software package for analyzing discrete choice data that come from CBC and MaxDiff questionnaires.  But, CBC/HB does not include experimental design capabilities for figuring out what combinations of attributes and features to show to respondents in a balanced and nearly orthogonal design plan.  CBC/HB doesn't include questionnaire writing or hosting capabilities.

If your question is whether CBC/HB can analyze data from a CBC question in which respondents choose both best and worst concepts within each CBC task, then yes CBC/HB can analyze data from such studies.  But, it cannot design them, program the surveys, or field the surveys.
