ACBC "Unacceptable questions" with 50+ attributes

Hi,

We are working on a very big ACBC with 55 attributes and we have a couple of questions on the best way to proceed.

There are 55 attributes because each attribute has 3 distinct level groups (price points). We have scripted the conjoint and the problem is that when answering the questions in the ACBC, the unacceptable questions show respondents a very long list of attributes.

For example, respondents are shown:
- “attribute 1” with payment structure A - £1
- “attribute 1” with payment structure A - £2
- “attribute 1” with payment structure A - £3
- “attribute 1” with payment structure B - £0.50
- “attribute 1” with payment structure B - £1
- “attribute 1” with payment structure B - £1.50
- “attribute 1” with payment structure C - £0
- “attribute 1” with payment structure C - £0.50

We are considering two solutions to deal with this issue:

1.    If we remove the unacceptable questions how does that affect the subsequent simulation/analysis stage?
2.    Is there a way we can modify the list shown in the unacceptable questions with constructed lists to pull through the highest price point of the attribute that is unacceptable rather than every single individual level?
