Typical Browser-System Checks of Survey Before Fielding?

What is the typical or "best practices" amount of browser-system checks survey authors perform with their survey before fielding?

I created my first survey using SSI Web 8.4.8. I've checked it on my Windows 10 system with the latest Chrome, Firefox, and IE browsers. I figure I'm fine. But then again, I've never done anything like this before.

I would normally check a survey using the 3 browsers you have mentioned.

I would also test on a tablet and mobile phone flipping the orientation between portrait and landscape.

I don't go to the trouble of testing all operating systems.

Once you feel you have your programming working well with one browser, testing generally occurs quickly on the following browsers / devices.
