Rotate an image displayed

I  have imported an image into my project in a text display where I want to show some text and then an image below. However, the image has come into the project and automatically rotated 90 degrees.

How can I correct for this rotation? Currently the image is sideways (or more correctly showing in landscape and I want it to show in portrait).

Any help would be great.

If you download the image to your computer, you can rotate it with any image editing software and upload the newly rotated image to your survey.
I was asking Jasha to send it to me but it looks like he now has it sorted Zachary. Thanks as always for your valuable comments.
I thought he must have saved it landscape too.

You could rotate the image via CSS

#thisimagesId  {
    transform: rotate(-90deg) translate(-100%,100%);
    transform-origin: left bottom;
