Showing a Random Subset of Blocks + Random order with another Block

I have the following blocks of choice-based CA questions (+ few other questions):
CBC A
CBC B1
CBC B2
CBC B3

I need to show to respondents RANDOMLY (WITH EQUAL QUOTAS) ONE of the following combinations of these blocks that vary in order and content.

(1) CBC A & CBC B1
(2) CBC A & CBC B2
(3) CBC A & CBC B3
(4) CBC B1 & CBC A
(5) CBC B2 & CBC A
(6) CBC B3 & CBC A

I have tried  creating various lists but unfortunately so far without a desirable result.
I appreciate any help and suggestions.

My own solution:

1) In "Lists" add Predefined List "DesignList" that has 4 values corresponding to
  1.CBC A
  2.CBC B1
  3.CBC B2
  4.CBC B3

2) Add Constructed List "CBCADesignConList" with Parent "DesignList" and instructions:
  Add(DesignList,1)
  SETLISTLENGTH(1)

3) Add Constructed List "CBCBDesignConList" with Parent "DesignList" and instructions:
  Add(DesignList,2,4)
  Randomize()
  SETLISTLENGTH(1)

4) Add Constructed List "CBCABDesignConList" with Parent "DesignList" and instructions:

  ADD(CBCADesignConList)
  ADD(CBCBDesignConList)
  Randomize()

5) In "Randomize - Blocks": Add Set containing 4 blocks of questions corresponding to CBC A, CBC B1, CBC B2, CBC B3. Use Constructed List "CBCABDesignConList"
