Offline App - Problem syncing

Hello,

We have survey in field work and we´re having problem to syncing the records. In the app, starts to syncing and show the bar progress and complete, but after it is done still shows the message that there are record not uploaded.

What is causing this problem and what we can do to solve it?

I consulted with a dev about your problem and found out this can happen if the Offline Surveys device's clock has been changed during fielding.  Please check the admin module and see if the data has actually been synced.  If the data has been synced, the sync message should go away on its own once the device clock catches up.
