How has csv. file for CBC Latent class has to be formatted?

Hey guys,

I have formatted my csv file the accorgin to the following.

Column 1: Respondents' Nr.
Column2 : TAsk
Column 3: Concept
Column 4 to Column 8 : the respective Attributes
Column 5: Price variable

Unfortunately, when I want to import my csv file into CBC/LC it says
"The project could not be created. Please make sure your data file or other import files are valid".

What is wrong?

And by the way. Can you tell me how I can tell CBC/LC which was the "none-option" so that it is estimated correctly.

Thank you very much in advance

Please see Page 12 (Section 3: "Creating Your Own Datasets in .CSV Format") in the documentation at: http://www.sawtoothsoftware.com/download/techpap/lclass_manual.pdf

If you are still having troubles after reviewing the documentation, please send your .CSV file to our tech support group for assistance.

A none option is done by creating a concept with zeroes for all attributes (including the price attribute).  You appear to be missing the choice column which should occur after all the attribute columns.  For the chosen concept, the value in that column should be 1, and 0 for the other concepts.
