How to view/download data in Device?

Dear All,

I have use Offline survey on my android and connect to server hosting, when completed i have upload to the server, then i saw on my android that 1 completed data. After that, i check on admin to download data but i can not see the record? Why ? Please help me how can i find my data?

Saroeun,

Make sure you have sync'd the record to the server then it will show up in the admin module.  The device will sync as soon as possible when an internet connection is present unless you have turned off auto sync.  You can also manually sync by pressing the circle of arrows icon in the top right.  If the record still does not appear in the admin module after a good sync then contact support@sawtoothsoftware.com
