Alternative Specific Designs w/ prohibitions in CBC/HB

I fielded an ASD and afterwards noted that the same response file generated vastly different results when estimated from within SSI/Lighthouse vs CBC/HB. Does CBC/HB not recognize the coding for non-included AS attributes (zeros), or can anyone point me to a different possible explanation?

Running HB twice between SSI/Lighthouse should produce only slightly different answers due to differences in the way the random seed and random number generation happens.  But, those should not be statistically significant differences, assuming you have run it out far enough to convergence.

CBC/HB indeed knows what to do with the missing attributes (zeros) in the design matrix.
