Database error in Lighthouse

Hello,

We have a live survey running and suddenly we're getting loads of the below error.  Respondents can no longer get in to the Sawtooth survey.

Can anyone help us please?

Our hardware provider had a big problem with their network in one of their main data centers last night from about 8:26 to 10:45 PM MDT.  Everything should be working again now.  Please contact us if you are still experiencing problems with your survey.
