Alter text size in combo box lists

Hi everyone. I am working on a survey that will be primarily accessed on mobile devices. The one formatting issue I'm continuing to have is reducing the size of the text in combo box lists (and the size of the box itself) so that it fits well within the screen.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You can change the size of the list item text with CSS.  The size of the combo box itself should automatically adjust to fit the largest list item.

By pixels:

<style type="text/css">
select > option {
    font-size: 10px;
}
</style>

By percent:

<style type="text/css">
select > option {
    font-size: 75%;
}
</style>

You can put either of those anywhere of the page with the combo box, like the relevant question's footer.
