Stefanie Bräunig is a PhD student in the Marketing department at the University of Kassel, Germany. Her research examines how the user experience of mobile shopping apps can be improved through personalization (i.e. adapting shopping contents to the preferences of individual users). She is particularly interested in how psychographic data (e.g. information on personality traits) can be used to create personalized user experiences as well as how this affects user behavior.
