Janina Hinz

Janina Hinz is a master’s student in Business Psychology at the HMKW University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, Germany. In her master studies, she is focusing on Human Relations in Professional Service Firms.

Up to this date, Janina is working in an international auditing company in the strategic Human Resources division. So far, the company together with many other organizations experienced an shortage of highly skilled employees. Especially the younger generation Y tends not to enter into long employer-employee-relationships in general and high turnover rates are seen as a consequence.

For an organization, it is therefore important to strengthen their employer attractiveness to quickly attract and retain young high potential employees. By now, companies have already been implementing various employee retention measures and job benefits such as Work-Life-Balance.

As a research method, an ACBC analysis will be used to determine which packages of measures improve employer attractiveness, especially for the generation Y employees working in Professional Service Firms.
