Karl Karlsson

Karl Karlsson is a master student of economics at the Linneaus University in Sweden where he also completed his Bachelor of Science Degree.

In his master thesis, Karl will investigate if employers have any clear preferences about from which type of high-school young adults have graduated once applying for a first job. By recruiting real employers to an experiment where they are asked to evaluate fictional job applications on characteristics such as age, prior job experience and gender together with information about with school the applicant attended the aim is to shed light on what school characteristics are preferred by employers.
