Boris is a 32-year-old Ph.D. student, working as deputy head of the Business Transformation department at the Institute of Industrial Engineering at RWTH Aachen University. He studied aeronautical engineering (B.Eng.) and Business, Management and Economics (M.Sc.). During the last 4 years, he developed the department of Business Transformation and worked in several research and consultancy projects with focus on digital and organizational transformation. Boris has its focus on the aerospace and automotive industry.
The city of Aachen, Germany and its extensive research facilities are becoming a hot spot of electric vehicle development and production. At the institute of industrial engineering, Boris identifies preference structures of new vehicle and mobility offers considering latent customer needs of private users. Based on in depth-interviews with different user groups, Boris developed new vehicle and mobility offers that are tested using an ACBC. The insights will help researchers and practitioners to better understand the connection between latent customer needs and corresponding product and service attributes and to develop more customer-centric products and services in general.
Beside his studies and his job, Boris is an enthusiastic tennis player. If you are interested in his research or work, contact Boris via email or on his researchgate profile:
