SSI Web reports "Internal Error 200507191645 Could not create the CoUtf8FileLib.CoUtf8File COM Object" when first starting.

When starting SSI Web, the following error appears:

Cause:

This error occurs when the CoUtf8File.dll file (which installs with many of the newer versions of Sawtooth Software products) is not registered in the windows registry, or is not present.

Sawtooth Software has created a file that will try to register the CoUtf8File.dll file.  It can be downloaded here.  After downloading the file, unzip it and then double-click it.  (NOTE:  The file that you are going to run was created using Microsoft Scripting.  If you have anti virus software installed, it may report that a "Malicious script" has been detected.  We recommend that you allow the script to run once.  The script only registers the CoUtf8File.dll file in the Windows registry.)
