SMRT Screen Shots Gallery

To give you a feel for SMRT’s interface, we’ve included some screen shots from common areas you would use in SMRT to develop and analyze results for a conjoint study. You can download a free demo version of SMRT if you would like to try SMRT yourself, rather than just look at this gallery of screen shots.

This is the main SMRT menu and workspace. Currently, a CBC project called “TV” is open.

Entering a list of attributes and levels is one of the first things you do when composing a conjoint study.

Once you’ve specified attributes and levels, you’ll use the point-and-click interface to add questions to your questionnaire. Conjoint questions (such as choice tasks) can be included, in addition to explanatory text/transitional screens and simple “single select” questions for collecting demographic and profiling information for later use in segmentation.

Double-clicking any of the questions in the list of questions opens it for preview. This preview is from a different study on beverages.

After testing the survey thoroughly on your local PC or laptop, you are ready for data collection. You can create a “field disk” for interviewing using a floppy, a hard drive, or over a network.

Once you’ve collected the data, used SMRT to accumulate the data into a single master file, and estimated part worth utilities, you are ready to perform market simulations. This market simulation is for the TV study.
