Yun Ying Zhong

Yun Ying is pursuing her master degree of hospitality and tourism management at the University of Central Florida. Her main research interests are in the economic and ecological impacts of tourism, tourism product innovation and development, and technology application in hospitality and travel industries.

 Currently Yun Ying is conducting a research project under the instruction of Dr. Robertico Croes, in which she will apply the Sawtooth conjoint value analysis to investigate tourist purchase preferences for leisure properties in Aruba.

Yun Ying is best known for her love of food. No matter where she is, she makes sure to get a chance to try out different restaurants.  She also enjoys cooking and baking very much. Her most well-received dishes among her family and friends are Chinese shrimp dumpling, Indian curry chicken, and king crab asparagus soup. She has a strong interest in language-learning, and she believes that language is a key to open the door of a new culture. She wishes that one day she would travel around the world, enjoying different delicious food and immersing into new cultures through languages.
