After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Management & Economics at the University of Innsbruck, Austria, Sophie Bolzer decided to stay a little longer in this lovely city and continue with her Master in Strategic Management. Besides her studies she had the chance to do several internships at different well-known and successful companies, such as Raiffeisen, Skidata, Komperdell and Red Bull.
She is additionally working on a part-time basis for two small-sized companies, what helped revealing her passion for Marketing and Social Media.
At the moment Sophie is writing her master thesis on crowd-based business models in the area of knowledge sharing. In particular her research attempt is to detect user preferences of document sharing online platforms, which operate as crowd-based business models, meaning that the crowed basically acts as supplier and customer at the same time. For this purpose Sophie is going to use the Sawtooth Lighthouse Software to conduct an Adaptive CBC, which is especially suitable for her purposes, since valid results can also be achieved with a rather small sample size but a high number of attributes.
