Kristina Fluechter

Kristina is a PhD candidate at ETH Zurich at the Department of Management, Technology, and Economics. She holds an MA (HSG) in Strategy and International Management from the University of St. Gallen and worked as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group for several years prior to her PhD studies.

Her research focus is on the role of the Internet of Things (IoT) in business model innovation. In this context, she is currently investigating the implementation of leasing as a business model for electric bicycles (e-bikes) in Germany and using Sawtooth's Choice-Based Conjoint (CBC) software to assess which preferences consumers have with regard to potential e-bike leasing offerings.
