Anthony Sampson

Anthony Sampson earned a his B.S. from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and a M.S. from the Naval Postgraduate School, before beginning his current pursuit of a doctorate in Health & Human Performance (Sport Management) from the University of Florida. Anthony's current research interest are in collegiate athletics recruiting, and athlete performance.  He currently conducting a conjoint analysis study designed to identify the relative importance of various college attribute/features to high school football players deciding which college to attend.  He hopes to increase athletic administrators' understanding of how they can better devise and implement recruitment strategies.

He is an active duty Air Force officer with 14 years of military experience, as well as experience in business, and with high school and college athletic coaching.  His hobbies include keeping his wife and children entertained with fun family activities, and watching/analyzing sports.
