David Zogg

David Zogg is a postgraduate student in Business Management at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Beside his studies, David has successfully founded his first Startup sympMe which provides a Dating-App for the German speaking area. He spends his leisure time with skiing and playing tennis.
His research focus at the university lies on Strategic Entrepreneurship and the question, how SMEs are able to do explorative as well as exploitative activities at the same time. The Sawtooth Software (ACBC methodology) will be used to find out the employees preferences of organizational attributes. Based on these preferences a practical framework for organizations will be developed to reach a balance between explorative and exploitative activities within an organization.
