Target is to examine the influence of signals regarding the dual mission of social enterprises on the employer attractiveness and perception of those organizations. To examine the part-worth utility of characteristics determined by the organization form (social vs commercial enterprise) a CVA will be conducted. This will provide the researcher with individual utility structures and on this basis, data from semi-structured depth interviews can be analyzed. This research will be a first exploration of the underlying signaling processes regarding the dual mission.
