At the Chair of Organization and Innovation, Lisa prepares a qualitative research in the course of her Master thesis “The Business Value of Being Social – Social Enterprises, Their Dual Mission and Employer Attractiveness”. Target is to examine the influence of signals regarding the dual mission of social enterprises on the employer attractiveness and perception of those organizations. To examine the part-worth utility of characteristics determined by the organization form (social vs commercial enterprise) a CVA will be conducted. This will provide the researcher with individual utility structures and on this basis, data from semi-structured depth interviews can be analyzed. This research will be a first exploration of the underlying signaling processes regarding the dual mission.
