Julia is a 26-year old student at the Philipps-University of Marburg in Germany finishing her Master of Science in Business Administration and currently working on her master thesis. She holds a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Business Administration which she also obtained at the University of Marburg.
In her master thesis “Preference measurement of part worths utilities of employer brands” she is researching the effect of job attributes in the job decision process considering differences in preferences regarding gender, age, personality traits and branch involvement. The study focuses on students and graduates, that are about to apply for a job. With the Adaptive Choice-Based Conjoint Analysis (ACBC) she wants to measure the part worths of various attributes and their importance for the overall valuation of the employer brand in the decision process. As a result, she will derive recommendations for the recruitment process.
