Webinar: Customizing Your Surveys with CSS
On Wednesday, May 6th at 9:00 AM MDT, Sawtooth Software will host a 60-minute webinar: Customizing Your Surveys with CSS. CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) is a style sheet language used for describing the presentation of a document written in a markup language. With a little knowledge of CSS, you can modify the appearance of just about every attribute in surveys created with Sawtooth Software.
CSS was developed as a way for website developers to define the look and feel of their pages. It was intended to allow developers to separate content from design so that HTML could perform more of the function that it was originally based on—the markup of content—without worry about the design and layout.
Within SSI Web and Discover, CSS allows you do more than just adjust the basic font and color aspects of your survey's content. It is one of the most powerful tools you can learn because with it you can affect the entire mood and tone of a survey. Well written style sheets can be updated quickly and allow you to change what is prioritized or valued without any changes to the underlying HTML content.
This webinar will introduce you to the basic things you need to know to use CSS to change the appearance of your surveys.
